Andie Wallace
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Andie is an Occupational Therapist who supports teenagers and adults online. She combines a warm, collaborative approach with evidence-based practice, focusing on Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and ongoing Zoom sessions. Her work translates assessment findings into everyday strategies that promote independence, participation, and wellbeing, while also ensuring clear, practical recommendations that align with NDIS requirements.
Her practice is neuroaffirming and centred on clear communication, with a strong focus on realistic and strengths-based goal setting. She provides structured reports that make recommendations easy to understand and apply, supporting daily living, executive functioning, study and work readiness, and community participation. Andie also works closely with families, support workers, and providers to ensure that her assessments and therapy sessions result in meaningful, actionable outcomes.
Andie holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is AHPRA-registered. Through her work at Lotus, she has discovered a passion for the area of Speech Pathology and the vital role it plays in supporting communication, participation, and daily life, an area she is now exploring further as part of her post-graduate studies. She provides telehealth services across Australia, with referrals welcome for both FCA reports and ongoing occupational therapy sessions.
Outside of her professional life, Andie loves getting lost in a good book, exploring waterfalls, and savouring a cheese board. She is also a proud dog mum to her sausage dog, Houdini.
