Lotus Therapy offers Telehealth Occupational Therapy for teenagers, adults, and parents, supporting practical life skills while strengthening mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Delivered via secure video, sessions are flexible, accessible, and grounded in real life—your home, your routines. We take a neuroaffirming, person-centred approach to build confidence, resilience, and independence.

Teenagers

Adolescence can feel overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent teens. Our Telehealth sessions are collaborative and strengths-based, supporting both life skills and emotional regulation.

We support with:

  • Daily routines and independence

  • Healthy habits (sleep, food, screen use)

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies
